No cookies, no tracking
We set no cookies, measure no behaviour and embed no third-party services. Even the typeface comes from our own server, not from a font provider. That is why this site asks you nothing before you look at it.
Should that ever change, we will ask for your consent before anything is loaded, and we will write it down in this place.
When you press “Book”, our booking opens in a new window. It runs at Simplify Hospitality GmbH (Austria), who operate the room management for us with weratech and gastrodat, and their privacy notice applies there. Nothing of it loads unless you press: this page holds a link, not an embedded window.
What the server sees
As with every request on the internet, our provider receives technical details: IP address, time, page requested, browser type. This is necessary for the page to reach you and serves the security of operations (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO). We do not evaluate these details and do not combine them with anything.
This site is served by digitalnova GmbH, Krottendorfer Straße 9a, 8052 Graz.
If you write to us
If you send us an email or call us, we process what you tell us — in order to answer and handle your request (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO). We pass none of it on and keep it only as long as that or a statutory period requires.
Map links
The “Open route” button and the address link lead to Google Maps. Nothing is embedded and nothing is preloaded: only when you click do you leave this site — from then on Google's terms apply. The map on the arrival page itself is a drawing made from official data on our own server.
Your rights
You have the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability and objection. A call or an email is enough. If you believe we are doing something wrong, you can complain to the Austrian data protection authority (dsb.gv.at).
This is a translation for convenience. The German version of this privacy notice is the legally binding one.
